Phone interview with 3 people. Behavioral questions involved STAR format questions about past projects, past group projects, and project challenges. Tech stack questions were about familiarity with their stack and general experience level.

Strictly with their process, take STAR policy interview questions. They required mentally strong candidates. Focused with their work ethics and ask for proper reporting with either good or bad update.
