Apply for the position at Job portal and wait for communication. Profile shortlisted and receive mail asking for interview time and mentioning location. Friendly people in the office. Interview of around 1 hour, with questions mostly around your profile, but I felt they actually only look for very specific tech that they want to hire for, they don't ask it directly.

My interview was just an initial interview w/ an engineer at Boeing, through on-campus one on ones. The interviewer was uni alumni and we just went over my resume and what I was interested in.

Over the phone, two interviewers. No camera, just audio. Asked four behavioral questions, they were polite and happy to talk about their experience. One of the questions they asked a follow-up but generally straight forward assessing how you handle certain situations.
