Phone interview and panel interview. Structured interview and stayed on topic to a specific set of questions. No curveballs or games. Adding words here because they ask for too much crap.
Structured interview with a panel of 3 people. 5 -6 questions and last for 45 minutes. Answer questions in Situation, Action, Result format. Try to use the example from work experience if you may and also draw more recent experience.
