The recruitment process was of 2 steps
The 1st round was the online assessment of some mcq as well as coding questions
And the 2nd round was the managerial round which was completely on resume

Had an over the phone behavioral style interview where I talked about my experience. It was the morning after I put in my application, and the hiring process began almost immediately thereafter.

1 hour interview. With behaviour questions and technical questions. Asked about some project that I worked on and for the techical portion asked what is wrong with this java code or how will you restructure

I had to do multiple brain-teaser-esque style questions like doing addition quickly and some patter matching stuff. Then I had to record some answers to questions and submit them. Did not talk with a person at all.
