Star method with 5 questions. Each person on the interview panel taking turns asking questions. Lasted 1 hour. Very formal but not terribly difficult. I didn’t have time to prepare going into it but thought it was fair overall.

I first applied online at the Boeing career site, attended events at my school, talked to University recruiters at career fair, did an on campus interview and received an offer a week or so later via e-mail
