Phone screening, followed by a panel interview of 2 managers. I applied for entry, so it was only one round. My interviewed unfortunately have scheduling conflict. No one showed up on the original one was scheduled, but I met very nice interviewers on the rescheduled one.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have to perform analysis, what method did you use, and why did you use it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing (China Lake, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
The Boeing resume screening interview is an in-person conversation where a recruiter or hiring manager reviews your resume, asks about your background, projects, and skills, and evaluates your fit for the role before moving you forward in the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Straightforward and behavioral. Asked me three questions. Always use STAR (Situation Task Action Result) to clearly explain the problem and how to you solved it. While I don't really remember what was being asked exactly, I will say that I remembered to look at my resume, write down some of the problems I encountered during those activities and engineering projects that I solved over my undergrad and post grad years. Most likely there will be a diversity question, or they will expect some kind of an answer that has diversity in it. Whatever it is, be truthful, outline your thoughts, match it to the job requirements and Boeing mission statement, do some thorough research before you go in to the interview. Make sure to ask questions.
