I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2014
Interview
Great interview. I feel like it's more like a process of getting to know the manager than a formal interview. It only took 20 mins. I was contacted 2 days later and offered the job

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (Kirkland, WA) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was super easy going, yet professional. It was over the phone and had about three interviewers there. They took turns asking questions to get to know you but also gave you an opportunity to ask questions as well.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management in Jan 2016
Interview
Applied online and got a phone call within the week to schedule an interview. Basic questions and all, most of the interview was having that face-to-face meeting and being told the job details. They want to know what your past jobs were like and what you did. One on one with the manager and shift lead, took about 30 minutes. They let you ask any questions you have for them, too. I prepped for the interview by writing out answers to basic questions (what's your top 3 coffee drinks, list 5 good and bad qualities, what would others say about you, etc), but it wasn't really needed. If you're at ease with talking to strangers then you'll be alright.
