I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (Saint Paul, MN)
Interview
It was pretty quick. Already knew the managers, so the interview was more of a formality. I went in and discussed my background with the executive chef as well as with the general manager. They both seemed pretty excited to have me on board. I was offered the job on the spot.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (Seattle, WA) in May 2022
Interview
e-mailed an invite, then we had a virtual interview with two of their staff and me.Then they introduced themselves to me, then asked about ten questions which were relevant in my opinion. They were polite and professional.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bon Appétit Management (Caldwell, ID) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had to wait outside in the middle of December because they didn't tell me where I was supposed to go inside, then had to wait for the Executive Chef to interview me. He was nice and personable, and basically described the job, equipment, and environment. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. I wasn't too bothered by not getting the job, more so by the fact I was supposed to get a call the next day and instead got an e-mail almost a week later--which they would've called.
