Question 1
what is closure, syntax for "for each loop" in js?
I applied online. I interviewed at Bonami (Prague) in Jan 2026
Interview
One of the most poorly handled recruitment experiences I have encountered in my professional career.
After applying for the Interior Designer position, I received two missed calls from unknown numbers over two days, with no voicemail, no SMS, and no introductory email identifying who was trying to reach me. As a full-time working professional, I do not return unidentified calls during business hours without clear context.
I was then informed by email (suprisingly) that because I had not answered the phone or called back, I was being removed from the selection process.
This is not just outdated, it signals a deeply flawed and careless approach to candidate communication. In 2026, any competent recruitment team schedules calls and communicates transparently. Expecting applicants to react to unidentified "mystery calls” shows a serious disconnect from basic candidate experience standards.
After raising this concern, I also asked to be reconsidered for the process. This request was refused, and I was told this is their “normal procedure.”
If that is truly the case, Bonami’s HR process requires immediate review and modernization, as this approach risks driving away qualified candidates at the very first touchpoint.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional candidate experience.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bonami (Noida) in Jul 2024
Interview
This company conducts one round that mainly focuses on communication skills. If you perform well in the first round, HR forwards you to the next stage. This approach is not considered good according to Indian industry standards.
