Interview
It usually starts out as being seated at an empty booth and waiting for a while for a manager to find the time to make it to you. Very basic questions about prior experiences and work ethic. If you got the interview, you really have to give off a bad impression to not get the job.
Quick and Easy. Asked basic questions about what you are as a worker and employee. You just come into the restaurant and manager will ask you questions. Nothing too complex and nothing you would have to study for. Just know what schedule you are looking for before you come to the interview.

Very laid back. 1 on 1 with the Managing Partner. Had a great interview. Promised he/she would get back to me by the end of the week. Called, no response.
