The interview was very laid back and there was no real substance where the candidate was being tested upon. Promised to get back after shortlisting for a second interview, but didn't keep the promise. If a company cannot keep a promise, I am not sure how they are able to deliver for their customers. A simple "if you didn't hear back by X, you are safe to assume that you are not shortlisted" may have been more pleasant. Kinda glad that I did not get the green light to move forward because seeing all the company employee reviews (bad reviews) makes me happy.
