Interview
Vigorous interview, lots of blue sky and abstract questions asked during the second interview. The task at second interview was challenging too and took up most of my weekend doing. I did enjoy the interview ultimately but the panel was tough and most of the last interviewers had very serious poker faces.
Two online video interviews with various heads of staff over two weeks. It touched on various aspects of marketing but focused primarily on the digital. There was a task to mock up marketing material.

Interview
Initial telephone call for around half an hour. Then they scheduled a video call with three staff members. This involved questions and tasks to check the candidates’ ability to perform the role, for example analysing sales data.
