Boosted.ai interview questions

I was invited to a screening one month after applying. It was a bit more thorough screening than normal which I took time out of my work day to do. I felt like I answered all the interviewer's questions fluently. Then less than one business day later I received an email from a no-reply address saying that the role had been filled. I asked why I was asked to interview if they were already preparing an offer and the interviewer couldn't provide an answer. Seems like this company disrespects their candidates' time.

Initial HR interview , Technical screening and after that Pair Programming. They call it pair programming but the interviewer was highly unresponsive in clearing doubts about the questions. Felt like he had copied the code from somewhere and had no clue what it did. Really bad communication had a thick asian accent and didn't even knew english that well. Instead of saying pair programming they should just say coding round/technical round, because it was me only that was coding. I would not waste my time with them.
