Interview
The interview process consists of three stages: an initial HR screening call to understand the candidate’s background, experience, and role expectations, followed by an online multiple-choice technical assessment, and finally an in-person live coding session to evaluate practical problem-solving and hands-on development skills.
First, there will be a phone call that includes a brief self-introduction, followed by several general and technical questions. After that, the next stage of the interview will be an online assessment consisting of a 15-minute multiple-choice test conducted via Microsoft Teams with screen sharing enabled.
