Boots Opticians interview questions

Lasted about an hour, asked me what my career plans were, if I had any optical experience, if I had any holiday. It was more of a conversation, I was told about the environment, the people and what the job entailed

The interview was done entirely on teams with both the practice manager and regional manager. It was very basic with questions around my CV. I felt as if I was leading the interview more than they were by guiding them to my experiance and knowledge.
