Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward, they asked behavioral questions and tried to get to know how good of a fit I was within the company. They were very understanding that due to school/exam schedules it would take a bit until I would be able to drive down to their location in Bellwood IL.

Interview
I saw the opening in a college email. I responded to the HR person and they called me back with in a couple days. After exchanging a couple of emails with my resume and a letter of recommendation I got an interview. The process was Informal. My mentor met with me in one of the conference rooms and the whole process didn't take more than 30 mins.

Interview
After sending in a resume I had a phone interview with multiple engineers. Questions regarding classes taken and past and current projects were asked. The interview is geared more towards what you are interested in and where you would fit best for the available positions.
