Interview
Two rounds or three mini interviews. Each has a selection of fit questions and then a scenario based section.
The interviews were 50% fit & 50% scenarion
First round of interviews was with principals and project leaders. The second round was with the partners.
They called the night of the interviews to offer the job.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
