Interview
I was invited by BCG interviews after personal introduction by a Partner of Milan Office. Given my previous experience, I was immediately considered for Associate position, skipping the visiting phase.
I was initially invited for 2 interviews, with a two different Project Leaders; after three days, I was invited for three more interviews, with 2 Partners and the Project Leader responsible for recruiting process at the time.
Al interviews followed the classic consulting format: 25 mins of personal introduction and CV discussion, 30 mins of case simulation, 5 mins for my questions.
I got my final feedback 2 days after my interviews. The whole process was very quick, and in less than 10 days after I sent my application, I was working for The Boston Consulting Group

Question 1
At the time, I was ready for a typical case interview, with business problem to be solved and a bit of math involved.
I was particularly surprised by a Partner who decided to skip the case and ask my opinion about general economic issues on papers at the time: I remember he asked me about my opinion on globalization trends around the world.
I therefore suggest potential candidate to never underestimate the importance of being up to date with major themes.
3x case interviews, interviewee led, questions about experience and relevant background, always dig deeper to understand details eg on leadership experience. Cases vary all the time, need to ne ready for anything. Thinking js rewarded
Case interview about merger and acquisition
Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure

Prova GMAT+ Case + inglês seguida de duas rodadas de duas case interview. Entrevistas bem desafiadoras e exigentes já que o entrevistador somente responde suas perguntas e não dá muitas informações sobre o case.
