Overall, the interview was very well-organized. Everything ran on time, and they were extremely accommodating of my schedule. There were two rounds. The first round consisted of 2 separate one-on-one interviews. Each interview had a set of 'behavioral' questions followed by a case study. The second round is similarly structured - except that there were 3 separate interviews instead of 2, and it was with more senior people. Some of the cases were extremely challenging, but the interviewers were all very friendly. Advice: Stay calm! A couple of the cases were quite hard. After talking to some of the other candidates who got offers, it seems that it is quite common to feel like you are not getting anywhere or to make mistakes. This does not mean you are screwing up the interview - relax, retrace steps (whilst explaining your thought process clearly), ask questions and, above all, remember to listen to the interviewer and respond to the his/her cues/hints.
