I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Nov 2009
Interview
Close listed on Campus. Initial interviews were on campus with 2 project leaders. Relatively easy interviews with a lot of emphasis on healthcare cases. Got a call from one of the interviewers about result of the interview by the evening.
Decision rounds in the office. Interviewed along with a lot of students from other schools. Seemed a bit too organized. Staging area with a couple of consultants in the room all the time ostensibly to put you at ease. My conversations did get heated and I do think feedback from them might have effected the outcome, although these interactions are supposed to be non-evaluative.
Interviewed with 3 partners. All of them went pretty well. There was a lot of pushing towards the so what. Interesting cases with charts and heavy duty numbers.

Question 1
Lot of our consultants leave to do great things. If you were to leave BCG in 5 years, where do you see yourself?
I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
