I was what you would call "ghosted" during the interview process. I was informed that the recruiter that I was communicating with was "leaving BCG" and that was the last time I heard back from anyone after 2 rounds of interviewing. I sent 2 follow up emails and called but no one communicated with me that I did not get the position. Truly unprofessional from a well-known company as BCG and I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. They sent me a follow up survey months later and that is how I ultimately found out I didn't get the job.
Went through like 8 rounds! Ended with a coffee chat then finally got offer. Make sure to be detailed in answers and show your personality amongst the 76 questions they’ll ask you haha

It was a great experience overall. From the virtual interviews to those at the office, they were all trying their best to make it a positive experience. They were curious about the previous experiences.
