Submitted a resume, SAT score and GPA through my schools OCI portal and then first round was two behavioral plus case interviews back to back. Standard consulting case interviews with some behavioral questions upfront.

What departments would you be most interested in working in?
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
