Interview
I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn regarding a consulting opportunity, specifically seeking candidates with experience in Financial Services and Industrial Goods. Following an initial HR call, I submitted my CV through the BCG platform as requested. Despite several follow-ups and a prior commitment from the recruiter to provide an update within the week, I have yet to receive any feedback.
This lack of communication is unprofessional—particularly given that the recruiter initiated the outreach.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
