Reasonable, case study format, friendly. It was virtual about 1h long. The interviewer was great and it was conversational. It was a great experience all together and I expected it to be harder really.

Assume Company X wanted to cut production costs by y%, what's your plan?
How would you pick your marketing strategy?
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
