I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process went very fast and I did each round within a few days of the one before. The process was supposed to be three rounds, but I had a fourth (technical) due to split consensus on whether to hire me.
The original three rounds were behavioral/informational -> technical -> behavioral/technical.
Technical rounds covered C++ in depth since I interviewed for a C++ specific role.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Boston Scientific

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Arden Hills, MN)
Interview
Very technical and very nice people. The interviews were strong technically and had a strong understanding of the company. They really sold the benefit to the patients.
They start out with a phone screen and them fly you in for an in person where they pick up the tab for a room, board, etc. They have an impressive cups and always take the time out to explain some of the processes.
