Good interview. Very easy just asking about previous experience and where I see myself growing in the company. Very informal and comfortable. Well structured interview. Was for working directly on a caravan park so some specific questions relating to this.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bourne Leisure (Poole, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
A Q&A section followed by a team-building exercise. The latter's aim is to see how well you can communicate with others and work as a team. It felt a little silly but the other interviewees were nice to chat to and in the same boat, of course.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bourne Leisure (Grange-over-Sands, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
Abysmal lack of professionalism.
Had interview booked for 31/07/2025 at 13:00
Received absolutely no phone call or correspondence, emailed to ask why I heard nothing for them to ring my phone once and hang up to pretend they’d tried to call.. tried calling back 5 times immediately and kept getting red phone and had an email sent afterwards saying “sorry, I tried to call but got no answer I have rescheduled for next week” so I emailed back saying I wanted to withdraw my application due to lack of professionalism from employer, for them to call back with in 2 minutes of the email asking if I was still interested. Absolutely no professionality or common courtesy to this company, would recommend telling them no if they ever offer an interview..
Can’t understand why I would have an interview for summer team member on 8/7/25 when season ends 31/8/25 as it is.. avoid at all costs, just waste your time without so much as a second thought.
