I applied online, after 2 weeks I received an email from their team asking me to record a video. I sent it over and followed up a couple times but only hear back a month later. They invited me for a phone interview, which was scheduled for a week later. Right at the beginning I could tell I wouldn't get the job, the interviewer was uninterested, asked basic questions and answered my questions briefly. Got a standard rejection email without feedback a couple days later. The video request was a bit odd in my opinion, I would have preferred to have a call with their recruiter.
