Asked for questions, described the role and structure, set expectation for when they would respond, which was in about a week. Said they planned to move forward quickly and would be scheduling a follow up interview to meet the hiring manager. Never followed up or notified me that they moved forward with others. Completely ghosted.

First call with HR was complete farce. They had absolutely no idea about the job and made up details to sell the position. Never mentioned that the company was severely understaffed. Lied when asked about work from home opportunities. Lied about benefits. Lied about available training. No in-person interview to see office and how miserable and empty the building is. Gave a completely false impression of the job, challenges, and training.
