I am writing to share my recent interview experience at Company and unfortunately, it has left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. Throughout the interview process, it became evident that Company had already selected a candidate for the position, and the interviews with other candidates seemed perfunctory at best. This lack of transparency and genuine consideration for all candidates involved was disheartening. As a candidate, I value honest and respectful communication during the hiring process. Unfortunately, the experience I had with Company left me feeling undervalued and as though my time and efforts were not given due consideration. And please don't leave your current company on basis of the feedback the company gives you. Please don't join the company.
