Brand Machine Group interview questions

all encompassing process from would be line manager culminating in detailed job description being reviewed and fine tuned during the interview itself in order to shape the role to the applicant

Was invited to interview through a recruitment company. Had a few phone calls with the recruiter before being invited. The main interviewer was late and actually rushed past me as I was waiting outside the office for the interview! I was let in late. Didn't seem like he had prepared for the interview. The actual interview seemed to go okay apart from him asking some useless generic fashion questions like "who are your favourite designers" Would've declined if they offered the job as I wouldn't want to work for this guy.
