Arrived early to find a busy office with many others that were there to be interviewed. I was given a questionairre to complete and 30 seconds later a man who had just arrived at the office 1 minute to me being called, called me into his office. He asked me about 5 standard questions then said he didn't think this job was for me. He then said they had a presentation starting soon and if I wanted to I could attend. After a brief overview of the business (more focused on $$ potential) He said althought we were a good group only a few of us would receive follow up interviews. 4 hours later I received a call for a foolow up the next day at 930. I arrived 15 minutes early and the office was empty. Empty to the point of wondering how a multi million dollar insuranse company can have NO ONE in the office at 915?? Then a young woman came out and asked my name and my business there. She seemed surprised but sat me down and said it would be a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes and walking around the office I confirmed that there was no one else there. I heard her voice behind a door and knocked and asked if maybe they misspoke the day I was to interview, and she said no they are just getting ready. As I said the offices were all empty. I sat for another 5 minutes and then walked out. Upon waiting for the elevator I noticed the names of other management trainee employers that I had also noticed on the job search site. After reading some other reviews in which in some cases it was referred to as a Ponzi scheme, I confirmed my feeling about the place. Don't waste your time.
