An internal recruiter reached out on Indeed and requested I apply, so I submitted an application directly on the website. I scheduled a call with the analytics manager and someone above him. They asked some SQL questions, problem-solving questions, and cultural questions. At the end of the interview, they said they would reach out in a week or two. They followed up and requested I interview again. This one was similar, with an additional person. Normal questions, "why do you want this job." Asked if I was able to move to Breckenridge from Denver, and I said I was unable to. At the end of the interview, they said they would reach out in two weeks on a Friday. TUESDAY following the Friday they said they would reach out, I receive an email from a no-reply email address saying they are focusing on other candidates. After a month-long, sub-par interview process they let you know you're denied in the LEAST personal way possible, two days late. The company seems very buddy-buddy, your dad has to work there to get a job. "Work hard play hard" was said in my interview, which is a red flag to me. Proceed with caution.
