The overall interview process was conducted online. The initial stages went quite well — the HR team and the first interviewer were very friendly, patient, and open in explaining the job scope and answering my questions about the role. Their communication was clear and respectful, which gave me a good impression of the company culture. I was impressed enough that I even decided to turn down another offer and looked forward to pursuing this position.
However, the second interview was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I was not informed about who the interviewer was — there was no introduction, no name or position shared, and the camera was kept off without any explanation. All I could see on the screen was “Interviewer.” The person immediately started asking technical questions with little to no interaction or context. The whole session felt impersonal, dismissive, and showed a lack of basic courtesy and respect. It ended up being one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had compared to others.
