Interview
Just went through the interview process at BridgeFund and honestly it was a great experience.
The recruiter really knew his stuff and was genuinely excited about the company. We had a good chat about whether it would be a good fit for me, and once we figured out it was, things moved fast and I had my first interview the next day.
The second interview was at the office and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in, people were friendly and welcoming. The office is a nice place to be. It's busy, but in a good way. You can feel that people actually like working there.
Overall really happy with how it went. Smooth process and a team that made me feel welcome from day one :)

Interview
De sollicitatie bestaat uit 1 gesprek. Bestaat uit een inhoudelijk gedeelte en een case die inzicht test. Ontspannen sfeer. Vooraf een laagdrempelig koffie moment. Ik kijk er positief op terug.
My interview experience started on a positive note. The team seemed open-minded, and the first two interviews felt quite informal, giving me the impression of a supportive and engaging work environment.
However, things took a turn when I reached the business case stage. I had prepared a presentation for the hiring manager and another team member, but from the very beginning of the interview, they started asking highly specific questions about their company and industry, introducing different business cases instead. It quickly became clear that they weren’t even aware I had an assignment to present. This lack of communication was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I had put into the task.
Unfortunately, this experience raised concerns about transparency and internal coordination within the company.
