Company seems to want cheapest labor possible over skills. Interviewed with 3 managers and all said they're losing people to competitors. Company does not seem to have clear direction where they are headed in the future.

Interview
It was over the phone to start-- I spoke with a hiring manager and was asked questions about my automotive tech experience. The position was entry-level with training included. I have extensive experience working on and fixing my own cars which she was willing to speak to management about so I might start at a higher pay rate.

Basic interview asking a little bit about yourself, describe a positive thing you did, explain a situation where you messed up and what you did to fix it etc. Lastly, they give a troubleshooting scenario to test your electrical, electronic, and mechanical background/expertise.
