      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas in Mar 2018

      Interview

      Good experience, overall process took 3 months, maybe more. It paused couple of times due to some schedule constraints in their team. I went through 8 different interviews, 3 by phone and 5 on site. All of them very professional with the exception of one Engineer who was probably more interested in my life rather than my experience and expertise for the role, I think he had already someone else as his/her favorite. 1st Interview was to coordinate schedules with HR. Second and third were basically filters with Director and with Engineers who had previously executed the role, mostly around my resume and past experience. After that they call you for an all day on site interview with the different team members, including some project managers, engineers, financial staffs and department directors. The onsite experience was in a very relax environment with all accommodations provided. HR explained the whole process and what to expect from it. Most of interviewers also explained their role in the company and how the interview process will work before the formal questions started. Most of the questions are behavioral with some of them related to your resume and specific PM and Quality topics. They heavily use STAR on each questions, some times they literally will expect you saying "the result was..." and write down their thoughts in an standardized HR form for each question. All interviews turned into a very friendly and professional conversation. The last Director interview was a walk tour of their facilities, showing off their new building and basically trying to convince you this is a great place and company to develop your professional career. Overall no complains. If you get a call, prep different scenarios using STAR since you will need them to answer many of the behavioral questions; always finish with very impactful almost exaggerated results. Also, try to relate your answers with the role their asking for and don't be afraid to ask smart questions; they like that. If you see some one deviating from the HR question sheet, try to keep him/her on track to force them write accurate feedback.
