      Analytical Chemist Interview

      Jun 19, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Akron, OH
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Akron, OH) in Apr 2022

      Interview

Typical phone interview, followed by a panel interview with various management, then a panel interview with the team I'd be working with, and a final interview with the hiring manager. Management asked typical STAR type questions, and the team was a more open and personal format. Overall I liked the way the structured it, but it does take time for them consider multiple candidates and make a decision.
