Interview
First round was a 2 hour group discussion about a philosophy problem.
Second round was a 45 minute discussion about a philosophy / politics question.
Final round was the same as second round.

Should the United States government provide economic compensation for individuals who lose jobs due to automation?
There was an initial screening interview, asking you to walk them through your resume and your personal interests outside of classroom, then a group discussion session on abstract topics that aren't directly related to finance.

It's a varied process depending on the individual, but they'll send you an email prior to the interview explaining what the interview will consist of. Lots of philisophical-like and abstract questions.

Had a friendly 30-minute behavioral chat with their HR person, who was very nice. The next stage would've been a group interview (debate) followed by a few individual interviews. I didn't advance, though.
