I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates in Sep 2015
Interview
For the first round interview, candidates are asked to prepare one question they would be willing to discuss with a group. During the interview, we discussed one question for approximately 40 minutes. It flew by. I would have enjoyed that discussion and been happy to do it if there were not a job on the line. Overall, I enjoyed it. Note that this is only the first round interview.
