I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates
Interview
Group discussion. Each candidate brought in a topic, 2 topics were chosen, and we discussed them. There were 3 interviewers who would occasionally chime in, but they usually left it to us to carry the conversation. It was a fun format. We had a good, lively discussion. The whole conversation was recorded as part of their transparency philosophy.
First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
