Interview
Emailed to apply, got invited to a teams interview to start with and was given 2 tasks - a summary task and a design task. Would have progressed into an interview with senior leadership.
Two rounds. Involved chat with director and head of team I would join. Had to give a presentaiton on what I would bring to the company/my fit to the role. Asked to visually explain (via powerpoint) an abstract concept given in an article.

How does your experience prepare you for this role.

Interview
Mixed Experience - Enjoyable Tasks but Concerns About Leadership.
I enjoyed working on the design tasks as part of the interview process; they were creative and engaging. However, the volume of work seemed like a lot for people balancing a full-time job alongside the application process.
The initial interview with two team members was a positive experience - they were friendly and professional. This stage involved completing a task and explaining my approach, which felt fair and well-structured.
The final stage included another task and an interview with the CEO. While I appreciated the structured process, I found the CEO's demeanour during the interview unsettling. Some of their comments and overall manner left me questioning whether the company's leadership style would align with my working preferences.
Overall, while I enjoyed the tasks and appreciated parts of the process, the interaction during the final stage gave me pause about whether this would be the right fit for me.
