BrightFarms interview questions

Very long and intense interview process. For a position that wasn't even a manager or director level, it was 6+ interviews and a project/presentation. The interviews were average in terms of difficulty, but after 6+ interviews, the company still wasn't sure what they needed and ultimately said the position was on hold. They would have ghosted me if I weren't persistent in getting an answer on their decision.

Screener call and then call with hiring manager. Normal and fair process. Team was clear on what they were looking for.would interview again if another position came available that I was interested in.
