I initially applied to the company based on the advert posted on Google, which stated that certified medication aide positions were available. During the interview process, I was informed that the position was, in fact, for a home care assistant who performed ADLs, including cleaning the home, driving the resident to appointments, and running errands, for less than $20 an hour at 12-hour shifts. The medication aide experience would be possibly assisting the patient in organizing weekly medications.
