I applied online. I interviewed at BrightStar Care
Interview
You apply online or go to the office. It is a relatively easy process and everybody is very nice. Would recommend this company to anyone especially if you are just starting off as a CNA.
I applied online. I interviewed at BrightStar Care (Eugene, OR) in Oct 2024
Interview
Interviewer did not introduce themselves and immediately asked for the paperwork I was previously asked to bring so that copies would be made. I was given a packet of forms to sign, including a ridiculously condescending "quiz" to ensure I knew how to operate my phone. Felt rushed and incredibly unprofessional. Would not take my physical resume despite multiple questions asked in the interview answered on the resume (as I pointed out several times). No questions asked to get to know me or my experience at all; Rather, barked questions systematically and aggressively. Director came in and introduced herself and was quite warm, nice, and personable. However, the HR "professional" conducting the interview may need to rethink his tactics to attract talent to the company. An interview should be respectful and be about finding if there is a mutual fit for both parties. Instead, I felt like I was on the defense from an arrogant individual without any healthcare experience.

Interview
The interview process was easy. The job details were given right away so that you know what you will be doing. The pay rates were discussed up front. The recruiter was very personable and made me feel like my skills are valued.
