I will say that they move fairly fast in the interview process, but they really need to work on making more time for these interviews. I met with the hiring manager for 30 minutes after a recruiter screen. 30 minutes was not enough. She seemed like she was rushing and she didn't answer all of her questions which then led to me not being able to ask my questions. The same thing happened with the 3rd interview which was where I had to present 2 different projects AND interview questions. They allotted 40 minutes for all 3 which was not enough. They again seemed very rushed and once again was not able to ask my questions. I felt like I had to rush my answers because they were rushing. If you are going to ask questions, plus have candidates present 2 projects, give an hour. It isn't fair that they ask candidates to do this presentation and then rush us.
As part of the interview process (mind you, there was another interview after the project with someone in marketing), they made me do 2 projects. They said it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. It took me a whole day. Companies need to stop doing this. One project, fine but 2? And not allocate enough time?
