Brighton Fringe interview questions

Had a zoom interview for the position. My interviewers were very down to earth and friendly, asking me some more basic questions and some like “Explain a time when you used a creative solution to solve a problem” and “Why should we hire you?”, but they also asked what my favourite biscuit was! I received some beneficial feedback after the interview, and overall it was a good experience.
