Just had one interview before getting an automated rejection from the ATS without feedback. The interview process was laid out and seemed pretty standard- it would have been about 3 rounds before an offer was made.

Overall a negative and disrespectful experience, had an interview cancelled at the last minute, and then when it happened, was very brief and interviewer ended it abruptly without the chance for me to ask questions My resume showed that I had been out of work for a mere six weeks and I was asked "what have you been up to" since then, so be prepared to have everything dissected, I guess And no, this was not a recruiting scam. The Brightside Health staff member's appearance over Zoom matched their verified profile on LinkedIn.
