Interview
The interview process was basic and clear-cut. A telephone interview was organized by HR a day after they'd received my resume. The interview itself was just a phone screen, in fact. I felt that it was rushed and not taken very seriously, almost as if the company were interviewing just for the sake of interviewing. The HR rep sounded inexperienced and lacking the maturity to conduct a thorough interview. She neglected to pose in-depth questions that would've given her insight into my ability to do the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked about myself, my work history, and what "conflict free" meant to me.
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Interview
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
