3 interview rounds consisting of 30 minute high level overview (background, few behavioral questions, motivation), 3 hour case study (sent team specific case with 90 minutes to complete, 15 minute review by team followed by 45 minute call) and final interview round with manager (shorter motivation and fit). From CV submission to offer, the process took around 3 months with outcomes communicated within a few days to two weeks of the interview round. Overall, all interviewers were friendly and the recruitment team was quick to respond to queries and offered feedback after every round.
