I applied online. I interviewed at British Ironwork Centre (Oswestry, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was asked in for an interview after applying online. I spent around an hour there meeting various members of the team. I completed a short task for them (common for this type of job), the managing director seemed very concerned with my commute length (30 mins each way), but was nice overall. The marketing manager focused on why I wanted to leave my current job and what that employer would say about me now. I chased a response 3 weeks later and was told that had put of hiring until the new year... and to reapply if I was still interested. I thought this was rude, as I had taken time out of work to interview in the first place. No feedback given/ definitive answer on job status.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at British Ironwork Centre in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview was described as a conversation to get to know each other and see if I was a good fit for the company. I felt I wasn’t really asked about my experience just about my personal life.

Interview
Relatively easy, two stage process with management. Some difficult questions but nothing personal or concerning. Accepted the position as I felt comfortable with the process and felt at ease with the interviwer
